Frequently asked questions
Which plan do I need?
Solo covers up to 5 machines. Choose Team to share a pool with other people or to run up to 25 machines, and Fleet for a larger fleet or priority support.
Is there a trial?
Team and Fleet start with a 14-day trial. A card is required, and the trial covers up to 10 machines on Team and 25 on Fleet. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.
Do the prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Any tax that applies is computed at checkout from your billing details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, online from your account. Cancelling stops the renewal: your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing more is charged.
