Refunds

Last updated: 2026-10-06

If you started with a trial

Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. To pay nothing at all, cancel with the Manage subscription button before the trial ends.

The trial is your period to try Pro and change your mind. The payment taken when it ends is therefore not refundable as of right; write to us if something went wrong and we look at it case by case.

First payment without a trial: 14 days, no reason needed

If your first Pro subscription did not include a trial, you can ask for a full refund of its first payment within 14 days of that payment, without giving a reason. This applies to every term (monthly, one year, two years), even though Pro starts at once, and nothing is deducted for the days already used.

Renewals and later payments

A period that has started is not refunded: cancel with the Manage subscription button to stop the next renewal and keep Pro until the current period ends. We remind you before each one-year or two-year renewal so you can stop it in time. If a renewal you did not want went through, write to us quickly and we look at it case by case.

Plan changes

When you move to a bigger plan, the unused part of your current period is credited automatically, so there is nothing to refund. Moving to a smaller pack is done by cancelling the renewal (see the terms of sale).

If we stop the service

If subnera ends the paid service, we refund the unused part of every period already paid.

How to ask

Write to support@subnera.com from your account’s email address and say which payment you want refunded. We refund it to the original payment method within 14 days of your request; your bank usually shows it 5 to 10 business days later.

When a payment is refunded, the Pro plan it paid for ends and your account returns to the base plan; the 14-day grace period described in the terms of sale then applies.

Please contact us first

If something is wrong with a payment, write to us before disputing it with your bank: we answer quickly and can usually fix it sooner.
